which provides excellent cleanroom environment. It can provide
vertical, horizontal and adjustable air flow with air velocity
between 0.45m/s and 0.5m/s. Optional UV lamp is available to
provide extra purification and HEPA filter can ensure 99.95%
efficiency. Microcomputer control system can provide accurate
parameter setting and real-time monitoring of the cleanroom status.
